Но вообще слишком формально. Грубо говоря вы хотите написать что-то вроде:
"Dear X
I would like to let you know that I'm resigning, effective [DATE]. As far as I know, I don't have any ongoing projects that would take longer than two weeks to complete and I'm planning on making sure they are completed before I leave.
I have enjoyed working at [COMPANY NAME] and appreciate all the support and collegiate atmosphere I've experienced here. It has been a wonderful experience working here.

Если ты собираешься уходить как можно скорее, то какая разница, есть ли у тебя проекты, которые ты можешь закончить или нет? И если они тебе скажут, что им нужно 4 недели на транзишн, ты же у них не останешься лишние 4 недели? Так зачем же огород городить?
