 До вчерашнего дня я не мог обсуждать эту тему, так как работал на Гугл. Вчера меня  уволили (разорвали контракт). Так что можно и поговорить.
 
У мужика (James Damore) явно промыты мозги от долгой работы в компании с идиотскими правилами. 
Вроде идея у него правильная, но много лишних слов. 
Я бы написал короче: при найме человека нельзя учитывать пол, рассу, ориентацию и так далее. Только личные профессиональные данные.

I am not sure, but my best guess is that they do NOT try to brainwash users on a meaningful scale.
They are businesses, that try to make money.
Does brainwashing help with making money?

You contradict yourself.
You just wrote: "Some of your clients will be happy, if you exclude from the search result ...".

In this scenario I would be just following my clients wishes. It would not be something that I force on my clients.
