I'm sorry, but maybe I'm misunderstanding. What has this person done that would warrant a 911 call? Was a crime committed? Is he exposing himself? I think we should be a bit more judicious with placing a call to 911. Perhaps he was wearing his swimsuit because he just left the pool or something? Maybe he was just hot. No crime? No 911.

I'm curious. What kind of underwear? Boxers, boxerbriefs, speedo, tighty whitey, g-string? Also, is he an old grandpa or a young stud-muffin? Maybe some of us want to drive by. Besides, you can see the underwear of most young men, even when they're wearing pants. Lol.

Marian, yes, children know it’s underwear. Everyone (mostly) wears underwear. Bad taste: yes. Unattractive: depends on who’s wearing it. Illegal and/or indecent exposure: nope

MY KIDS and I laughed so hard!!! Thank you! It’s actually refreshing to see all these comments from our neighbors...I wonder if the underwear guy read any of them? And if he did, don’t change a thing, if mowing the yard in your underwear is your mojo ...go for it😂😂😂

Есть два вида консерваторов: желающие, чтобы все делали, как они (и этим они не отличаются от леваков), и желающие, чтобы государство всех максимально оставило в покое.

Кстати, у нас тут давеча штатный Верховный Суд отправил на пересмотр дело о некоем Дмитро, которого арестовали на Бостонской Эспланаде за разгуливание в виде голом, кроме сандалий и носка на причинном месте. Суд объяснил, что за одну голую жопу у нас можно покарать, только если она действительно кого-то шокировала, а это в материалах дела не очевидно.

А я как-то не вняла предложению присоединиться к nextdoor. Открыла форму и ...закрыла. Начались какие-то сильно личные вопросы, требования согласиться со слежкой, и проч.

Если ты не хочешь общаться со своими соседями - не регистрируйся.

зачем же крайности - или общайся (и попрощайся с приватностью), или не регистрируйся?
почему бы не общаться без обязательных вываливаний на люди личных подробностей? здрасьте/пока в лифте, разговоры о графике вывоза мусора, да где найти хорошего плиточника необязательно сопровождать деталями авобиографий с точными явками, именами и паролями (как nextdoor требует при открытии аккаунта)

я туда конечно же записываться не буду, вот чтоб избегать таких чересчур личных ситуаций, как описано выше.
представь себя на месте этой самой Мариан: забочусь о детях по правилам, принятым у меня дома. высказала своё законное возмущение безобразием. теперь меня всякие распущенные козы полощут по всей улице, тычут грязными пальцами и насмехаются, дескать, prude.хоть за ворота не показывайся - притом мерзкие дядьки в труселях продолжают вызывающе стричь травку практически в чём мама родила!

I thought only sh.tholers East Costal "elites" can get offended by "pants too short".
I recall old discussion we had during my high school years where some of my fellows argued that gardening in the swimming suit was totally inappropriate in rural RF, but was pretty normal in Baltic countries. I never thought I will hit this issue again, Thank you Zhenya, you (and your neighbors) made my day)
